Build Your Own Mini Mammoth Lantern with Gabs!

Artist / Instructor: Gabrielle deGouw
A hands-on, fun and craft activity! Follow Gabs as she teaches how to make miniature glowing Mammoths using layered Washi paper and light.

Each lantern will be completed with a dowel and mini light so that participants can walk Borden park and introduce their mini mammoths to our giant mammoth! Light up the park with us and explore the other installations!

Create a lantern with a reclaimed plastic container and different transparent materials.

Participants are invited to explore the overlay in transparency and then discover the result by adding fairy lights.

The result is magical and will certainly add a little light to the dark winter nights.
